Unwind and relax with your friends, then enjoy a 20 minute talk finding out more about what to look for when choosing pearls and how best to care for your pearls.

As a party hostess you get the chance to earn 10% or more in commission on the total sales for that evening, which can then be redeemed as goods at the event.
Not got an evening free, but would like to catch up with your friends over a coffee? Then book Sophanie for a morning appointment.
All you have to do is to provide the refreshments and let Sophanie provide the pearls.
We are also available for School fairs and fund raising events.
The Finer Details
Bookings:
You will need to give a minimum of three weeks' notice when booking a party, giving you time to send out the invitations to your friends.
Number of Guests:
Minimum number of guests for an evening party is eight plus the host. Minimum number of guests for a coffee morning is five plus the host.
Setting Up:
A suggested time for an evening party would be 8.00pm. Sophanie would need sometime beforehand to set up the display. This would also apply to a coffee morning.
Refreshments:
As a suggestion there should be a selection of nibbles to accompany the drinks, all provided by the hostess.
Talk:
The talk will last about 20 minutes and cover the following:
- Different types of pearls and where they come from.
- What to look for when buying pearls.
- How to care for your pearl jewellery.
- Presentation of the Sophanie range.
Hostess Commission:
The hostess will receive 10% commission of the total value of goods sold on the night (or at the coffee morning) up to total sales of £200.00. If sales of over £200.00 are made the hostess will receive 12% of the total value of goods sold at the event. This commission is then redeemed as goods at the event or can be converted into gift vouchers for future purchases.
